We understand that the recent news and uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 situation may have caused you to think carefully about attending Taunton U3A activities in the foreseeable future. 'MEET AND GREET' Members, friends, visitors and anyone who would like to have a look at us, is invited to come along on the second Tuesday of each month to the Temple Methodist Church, Upper High Street, Taunton TA1 3PY.

Tea/coffee is on sale from 10.00am and the meeting starts at 10.30am. Lunch which must be ordered on arrival, is available from 12 noon.

There is usually a talk or presentation. It a great place to get to know people and provides the ideal opportunity to find out what is going on.

Sunday lunches will take place on the first Sunday of the month and will be at the Taunton and Pickeridge Golf Club (TA3 7BY). For further information about the carvery and to make a reservation, please contact Christine King on 01823 274188 by the Thursday before at the latest.

SOCIAL EVENTS A subcommittee has been formed to organise social events for the current session. Please click on the link for details of the planned events. Team members to contact for individual events are Sue Heath and Carol Hobson. Please complete the booking form on the link to reserve places and post to the address on the form. You can also book places and make payments, preferably by cheque made payable to U3A Taunton, at the display tables at the monthly Meet and Greet meetings.

Coronovirus Update June 2020
All Social Events have been cancelled for the 2020 season and advance payments have been refunded to members. Social Events will resumed in 2021 in accordance with Government advice.
