Cinderella - at Sunderland Empire
A group of 15 members thoroughly enjoyed this visit to the Sunderland Empire Theatre to see a superb production of the ballet Cinderella. Apparently the two Ugly Sisters were very funny and kept everyone entertained (and sometimes distracted!)throughout. One member commented that this had been the best night she'd had for a very long time. An added bonus was that, after arriving in good time to have a drink before the performance, members were then treated to drinks, in their seats, during the two intervals.
