Online Across Scotland (OAS)
OAS is a u3a aimed at those u3a members who are unable or unwilling to attend u3a groups and meetings in person because they have no u3a locally, or their u3a does not run groups for a subject they wish to study, and for those members who have disability, illness or caring responsibilities.
OAS has a programme of talks planned to which all u3a members in Scotland are invited. These are held on the first Thursday of each month at 4pm. OAS also has interest groups, such as Scottish Writers, Gaelic and Spanish. See the Online Across Scotland website for full details.
Third Age Trust
The Third Age Trust arranges a range of national events including: workshops, national summer schools, educational events, and a conference and AGM. Further information is available on the Third Age Trust website, and also in TAT Newsletters, which members can sign up to receive.
Perthshire Society of Natural Science
Perthshire Society of Natural Science (PSNS) arranges an interesting series of talks 'Curious Minds'. These are held in the Soutar Theatre at the A K Bell Library.
