Philosophy Bites is a library of podcast interviews with philosophers on a variety of topics, each lasting about 20 minutes. There is an indexing system that allows you to find particular topics which are usually discussed in everyday language.
In Our Time, the Radio 4 programme has covered philosophical subjects on many occasions. These can be found on the BBC Sounds app.
The Stanford Encyclopaedia of Philosophy is a collection of learned articles on Philosophical subjects. There is a search box that allows you to look for a particular topic.
A few books that can be bought cheaply on line and introduce philosophical ideas are:

'The Dream of Reason' and 'The Dream of Enlightenment' both by Anthony Gottlieb
