2015 by Andy White - where our History Walking Group met on a cold winter's day the statue is in front of Cunard Building - going alongside the River Mersey past memorials and the Three Graces (look up Botticelli The Three Graces) along, Rumford St., Union Court, Sweeting St., Queen Court - towards the Parish Church of Liverpool passing dozens of historical points of interest en route.
