While we have always placed a high value in providing a welcoming and risk-free environment for our activities, in the modern charity world Crawley U3a has a more explicit duty to be legally compliant in several key areas which impinge upon the freedom, the rights and safety of individual members. We now have a raft of policies on various connected subjects as listed below.

Although we might understand that the length and detail of these policies might appear a daunting read, we would nonetheless like you to be aware of the significance of each of them in order that you might recognise both what your rights are and what to do if you think that these are being compromised.
