3. Approve the Minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting
4. Approve the Trustees Annual Report for the year ended 31st January 2024
5. Approve the Financial Accounts for the year ended 31st January 2024
6. Appoint Paul Carnell as Independent Examiner
7. Approve the Committee’s recommendation that the annual membership fee should be increased to £13 for full members and £10 for associate members
8. Election of a Chair for a term of 3 years
9. Election of a Treasurer for a term of 3 years
10. Election of a Membership Secretary for a term of 3 years
11. Election of a Group Liaison Officer for a term of 3 years
12. Election of a Committee Member (Speaker Finder) for a term of 2 years
13. Election of a Committee Member to act as Social Group Representative for a term of 2 years
14. Election of two General Committee Members for a term of 2 years
