NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING TO ALL MEMBERS
THE 15th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF BEDALE AND DISTRICT u3a WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY 17th APRIL 2024 AT 10.30am IN CHANTRY HALL, BEDALE
25% of the members are required to attend in order for the meeting to be quorate.
ALL MEMBERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND - THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR ENTRY AND TEA/COFFEE/CAKE WILL BE PROVIDED
AGM DOCUMENTS
THE AGM 2024 AGENDA AND NOMINATION FORM WERE EMAILED OR DELIVERED TO ALL BEDALE u3a MEMBERS IN FEBRUARY/MARCH.
THE MINUTES OF AGM 2023, TRUSTEES' REPORT AND FINAL ACCOUNTS WERE EMAILED TO ALL MEMBERS ON 1st APRIL.
A LIMITED NUMBER OF COPIES OF THE AGM DOCUMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE AGM, SO IF POSSIBLE, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN COPIES.

APPEAL FOR NEW COMMITTEE MEMBERS -
Please consider joining the committee of your u3a. We are a self-help organisation and nominations are urgently required for various roles especially CHAIR and GROUP LIAISON OFFICER.

There have been no nominations for Chair or Group Liaison Officer and two nominations for committee members.
