Fri May 17th	Outing	A visit to Liverpool's Walker Art Gallery meeting up at the Gallery at 11:00 a.m. has been arranged to see the original Velazquez’s master, ‘The Rokeby Venus’, exploring this iconic 17th century painting exhibition in an unexpected new way. Art on tour nationwide - the National Gallery celebrates its' 200th Birthday by loaning key pieces to 12 venues ... Admission is free Contact: David Coss on 0151 727 3766
Wed May 22nd	Outing	ERDDIG DAY TRIP Halewood U3A are organising a trip to Erddig Hall (nr.Wrexham) on Wednesday 22nd May 2024. Coach departs from Calderstones Park (car park- Cromptons Lane) at 9:15am and Leathers Lane at 9:30am. The coach will leave for home from Erddig at 4:00pm. Costing £11-12 approximately and £15 entrance to the National Trust property. A waiting list has now been opened. Enquiries to Sophia Majka 0151 428 1828 or Roberta Hughes 0151 924 6196.
