| ||Horsham Organ and Keyboard Society||We must be doing something right since this year we celebrated our 37 years and, if anything, the membership is just about holding steady which is more than many other clubs. Maybe it's because there is always a warm friendly atmosphere on club nights giving some idea of how much trouble is taken each month to get things just so and, of course, a lot of thought is given before bookings are made. Look at the website and you will see the planned performers, varied and always interesting. The icing on the cake at any Horsham concert is that just out of sight is a well stocked bar!|
| ||My Travels in Borneo - Ray Hale||Ray and his wife, Angela, have travelled to Borneo for many years to follow his enthusiasm for insects – spiders and tarantulas in particular. He is a keen photographer as his lecture demonstrated and his interest in endangered species and orang-utans have taken him to many countries in the world.
From their visits to Borneo they have photographed an amazing array of both people and wildlife. From meeting wild orang-utans on a jungle path to witnessing first-hand the devastation that logging continues to cause in one of the last bastions of primary rainforest. He and his company, The Naturally Wild Company, are committed to helping save the threatened wildlife.|
| ||Red Hat Society||An extract from their website: "We are ladies with “HATTITUDE”!!! It is so much fun for us to don our purple outfits and red hats and go to lunch, the movies, picnic on the beach, the zoo or just wherever our hearts decide to go and watch people watch us. Nothing makes people smile like a group of ladies in purple and red hats out enjoying themselves. “Look," they laugh and point - "the Red Hatters are out today”. Nothing attracts attention more than a fine red hat. Don’t miss out on an opportunity to become part of the best group in the world where friendly, caring women come together for fun and friendship. Remember the RED HAT motto:
