MAKE NEW FRIENDS, LEARN NEW THINGS & ENJOY LIFE
Within our u3a, members enjoy talks at our monthly meeting....eg Blood Bikes, Mitford Family, Park Runs & Fitness. See Speakers list on Welcome page for future speakers.
We join together for celebrations such as for Christmas or major events like Charles III coronation. Good food, good company and lots of fun and laughter.
Participation in trip to places of interest take place periodically. These are well attended and enable us to learn about new places and experiences. Recent visits: National Trust Gibside, Bowes Museum Christmas Market, Theatre visit - A Christmas Carol, Bauble Making, Cinema visit, regular lunches out, coach trips.
