D- Fit & Flexible - 3 Groups

There are three groups - beginners, intermediates and advanced

The exercises are for the mind and body which look good and are satisfying to perform. All done in a relaxed non-competitive atmosphere where everyone performs at their own level to appropriate music.
The exercises are for co-ordination, posture, balance and breathing. At the end of class, one feels a real sense of well being.

Wear loose clothing and either flat shoes or bare feet.

Those new to Fit and Flexible will start with the beginners group.

New Earswick Bowling Club, Huntington Road. Number 5 bus from Theatre stops opposite, Number 13 bus from Stonebow stops a short walk away.
