D- Exercises in Water

Exercises for mobility, strength and flexibility are performed standing near the shallow end of the pool. The class members are friendly and supportive. The aim is to stay active and have fun.
Please try a free class first. You need to show an up to date York U3A card when joining.
Exercises start promptly at 1.45 giving you 15 minutes for free swimming. There is free parking and No: 4 bus stops near the entrance.
The pool is hired for class members only and the shared charge is £22-£24.00 for an 8-week course, first is commencing September 2019.
Per session £1.20 is required for the digital locker key; £1 is returned when key is returned. After class some members meet in the cafe for refreshments.
