L- Improving Oral German

We’re a small, friendly, self help group working to improve our German speaking skills. You’ll need some knowledge of German to start, perhaps to GCSE (or O level). At present we don’t have a native or experienced German speaker to help us - though we’d like one! Usually we read through easy German books plus other listening exercises, content depends on what members can offer.

We will not meet in person this term but will aim to have Zoom meetings for the present. This will be reviewed in early 2021. Whilst the content of Zoom meetings is to be confirmed it is likely to involve members reading simple German short stories in the 'Learn German with stories' series (obtainable from Amazon etc) and discussion following
