C- Mindfulness Practice Group
What it is: Drop in sessions for anyone who has done some basic mindfulness and wants support with their practice. The usual format for sessions includes guided practice, mindful movement, discussion, sharing of resources and a silent sit.
When it is: 2.00 - 3.00 pm, 4th Thursday in month
