C- Mindfulness Practice Group
Drop in sessions for anyone who has done some basic mindfulness and wants support with their practice. The usual format for sessions includes guided practice, mindful movement, discussion, sharing of resources and a silent sit. Sessions planned to resume in Fell Room from 23rd September 2021.
