C- Mindfulness Based Living
The Mindfulness Based Living Course is an 8 sessions structured course introducing people to the basics of mindfulness and how to use mindfulness in daily life. There will be an introductory session on 28th September 2021 and fortnightly sessions thereafter delivered in the Friends Meeting House.
Numbers will be limited to 10 and those on my waiting list will have first priority for booking places.
