C- Mindfulness Based Living
What it is: The Mindfulness Based Living Course is an 8 sessions structured course introducing people to the basics of mindfulness and how to use mindfulness in daily life. This will run again at the start of the new year (2023). If you are interested in knowing more about the course and signing up on a waiting list please contact the group leader.
