C- Mindfulness Based Living
The Mindfulness Based LIving Course is an 8 sessions structured course introducing people to the basics of mindfulness and how to use mindfulness in daily life. There will be an introductory session in September and fortnightly sessions thereafter - dates tbc, and delivered on Zoom. Numbers will be limited to 16 and those on my waiting list will have first priority for booking places.
