Tai Chi is a form of exercise which combines gentle physical exercise and stretching with mindfulness. The benefits of tai chi might include improved balance, pain management, and cognitive function in people. It is safe for people of all ages, as it does not put much stress on the muscles and joints. The group is ideal for beginners but is suitable for all ages and abilities. All are welcome.
This is a new group with the majority being beginners. We meet Friday afternoon at 14:30 at Shireway Community Centre. It costs £14 for 4 x 1 hour sessions.
