Members are reminded:
You must not attend any session if you or anyone in your household are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or are self isolating.
The main symptoms of Covid-19 are:
• high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
• new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
• loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
The Strollers Walking Group is for walkers who wish to walk shorter and slightly slower that the main Walking Group; our walks are every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month meeting at 10h00 and are 2 to 3 miles with the option to extend or build more stamina to join the main Walking Group. Please feel free to contact us with any queries on by e-mail at Denise Gregory
ALL WALKS ARE 2/3 MILES STARTING @ 10h00
PLEASE NOTE : YOU ARE WALKING AT YOUR OWN RISK : PLEASE WEAR STURDY FOOTWEAR
The strollers haven’t had a good first half of this year what with the bad weather for the first few months then the really hot weather and holidays, so now September is here and school holidays are over.
It would be nice if you could join us for a gentle stroller around Worksop and surrounding areas.
We meet 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month usually a 10am start its normally a 2 to 4 miles at a steady pace and we try to have a coffee and a chat at the end.
I hope you can come and join our merry band.
