You must not attend any session if you or anyone in your household are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or are self isolating.
The main symptoms of Covid-19 are:
• high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
• new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
• loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

The purpose of Tai Chi aims to bring balance to body, mind and spirit.
This beginners and intermediate Tai Chi group meet every Tuesday morning at Shireoaks Village Hall, at 10:45am.
Tai Chi is a relaxing ancient Chinese art form. It is a slowed down form of martial art, which includes exercise, balance, memory improvement and in our case some social interaction.
