Shakespeareans
Stoulton Village Hall from October 2022
Contact Leader
Mandie Wright
These are sessions for Shakespeare enthusiasts with any range of experience – you might just know one play from school or have acted in all of them – all welcome! We talk about the plays and how they’re written to work onstage, looking at language, structure, shape, theatre practice, and so on - choosing one play at a time.
Our current plan is to plunge in to the Histories and sort out some of the challenges – with sessions like:
Rope and Roses
Why are they all called Harry?!
And Hal the Good and Dick the Bad
The course is on TUESDAY mornings 10.30-12.30 at STOULTON VILLAGE HALL which is a light airy hall, just 10 minutes on the edge of Worcester, the Pershore side. The X50 bus stops right opposite.
Autumn 2023 session dates are:
OCT 10th
OCT 24th
NOV 7th
NOV 21st
DEC 5th
