Mindfulness and Meditation

A secular course in meditation and mindfulness, using practical exercises, visualization and compassion meditations.
The simple techniques are designed to relax the body, calm and gentle the mind and encourage kindness and openness.
Members will have the opportunity to work in pairs or with others to build a supportive and mindful group.
The first 3 sessions in September and October will be divided with the first hour for beginners (10.00-11.00) and the second hour for returners (11.00 – 12.00). In the fourth session the 2 groups will join and practice together from 10.00 to 12.00.
