Music - Health and Well-being
There is much interest in this up and coming topic of using sounds and music to promote health and well being.
A new weekly Group is being set up on Thursday mornings, 10.30 – 12.30 at the Elgar School of Music.
The Group Leader, Sarah, is a recently retired music therapist who is keen to share, have fun, and explore this exciting opportunity. You do not have to be musically minded in order to participate. Cycling - Long and Ultra
The Long Cycling Group have added additional Sessions on alternate Mondays, these sessions will be known as Ultra.

The Tap Dancing Group will be moving from the Green Centre, Dines Green to The Masonic Hall, Rainbow Hill WR3 8LX from January 2020. Dates and timings for the remainder of the season are unchanged. If you would like any further information , please contact Carol Raven
Roger Greenfield is interested in starting a new Classical Guitar Group which would cater for enthusiastic players who are not necessarily proficient enough to join more advanced, conventional Classical Guitar societies. Roger is happy to be the Group Leader and organise the group but he is not an advanced guitar player.

We have a reciprocal arrangement with other U3A groups. This means you can attend ONE of our groups (providing there is space) if you are a member of a neighbouring U3A. Please contact the group leader and provide details of your home U3A, your number in that U3A and an email address.
