Dance for Fitness 2
Worcester Masonic Hall - Rainbow Hill, Worcester, WR3 8LX on Thursday afternoons at 14.30 hr till 15.45 hr ~ starting in September (Masonic Hall venue from January 2022)

In this class we will try to maintain our fitness and flexibility while having some fun with contemporary dance.
We will start with stretching, coordination and balance, followed by some warm up routines. This will be followed by a new dance choreography each class, a cooling down routine and some final stretches. For your comfort you will need to wear stretchy clothing and trainer type shoes, also bring a bottle of water.
We only have one class left this year, the members seem to be enjoying the class and have had no trouble keeping up with the dance routines so I would like to say well done to everyone
