Dance for Fitness
At Crescent Dance Studios - Unit G1, Sherriff St, Worcester, on Thursday afternoons at 13.30hr till 15.00hr ~ starting in September

In this class we will try to maintain our fitness and flexibility while having some fun with contemporary dance.
We will start with stretching, followed by a warm up routine, also some coordination and balance. This will be followed by a dance choreography, a cooling down routine and some final stretches. For your comfort you will need to wear stretchy clothing and trainer type shoes, also bring a bottle of water.
The first class will be Thursday September 30th 2021 and then every fortnight, I hope the members who join me will enjoy themselves.
