Dance for Fitness

In this class we will try to maintain our fitness and flexibility while having some fun with contemporary dance.
We will start with stretching, coordination and balance and some warm up routines. This will be followed by a new dance choreography each class, a cooling down routine and some final stretches. For your comfort you will need to wear stretchy clothing and trainer type shoes, also bring a bottle of water.
There is just one class left this term, the members seem to be enjoying the class and have had no difficulty keeping up with the dance routines, I would like to say well done to everyone.
