Welcome to Woolmer Forest u3a

Welcome to the Woolmer Forest u3a which was formed in April 2009. There are currently just over 180 members from the townships of Whitehill, Bordon and surrounding villages. u3a is a UK - wide movement of over 1000 charities that create the opportunity for members to come together to share skills and to learn for fun.

The name Woolmer Forest originates from the wooded area which surrounds the East Hampshire town of Whitehill and Bordon and which borders Surrey and West Sussex.

Visitors and new members are assured of a warm welcome to our monthly meetings. These are held at The Whitehill Village Hall, on the third Monday each month from September to June and feature talks by visiting or local speakers. The entrance fee is £2 for members and £3 for guests, refreshments are included.

If you have a particular interest, there are a number of groups available, which support many activities.
