Following government guidance and good practice in this difficult period, the concensus is that unfortunately all Interest Groups/Meetings have been suspended from Monday 23rd March until further notice.
The Anniversary Lunch on 30th March has been postponed.
The September 2020 Newsletter is now published - click the link on the right hand side of this page to open it. This edition of the newsletter was published before the September 9th restrictions announcement.
In the links column, on the right hand side of this page, you can read material submitted to local newspapers and magazines, regional and national U3A newsletters and magazines (Author Margaret Scott, Local artist Margery Stephenson, International Group). Just click on what you want to see.
Copies of recent editions of the Wooler U3A e-bulletin can also be read in the links column, on the right hand side of this page. Just click on the edition which you want to read. The e-bulletin is especially for local voluntary and statutory organisations and networks, as Wooler U3A members know all about what is going on! However, copies are emailed to Wooler U3A Trustees and to Leaders of Groups featured and a hard copy is displayed on the Wooler U3A Notice Board in the Cheviot Centre.
