Pilates is one of the safest, gentlest and most effective forms of exercise suitable for all age groups and abilities. Multiple benefits over time are: Increased muscle tone and core strength. Reduced back, neck and joint pain. Improved posture, balance and flexibility. Enhanced sleep patterns and reduced stress. Boosts vitality and well-being leaving you with that ‘feel good’ factor.
Our instructor is fully qualified & registered and runs small classes providing individual care and attention. Bring own mats. No other equipment required – just a desire to feel fitter and more energised.
Classes run weekly throughout the year except for Bank Holidays and a short break at Easter and Christmas/New Year.
