Tai Chi (Intermediate)

James Norman teaches Simplified Tai Chi Chuan 24 Postures. A sequence of slow movements, accompanied by warm-up exercises, which are learnt over time. Tai Chi has many health benefits and with practice one should retain fitness, strengthen limbs, improve flexibility and balance and assist in the prevention of falls. No matter what your age, Tai Chi Chuan is a wonderful way to improve your health and well-being.
The groups meet weekly during school term periods with breaks at half-term.
