Group Organisers: Colin, Cilla, Marcia, and Jill
This popular and very friendly group organises day trips exploring and discovering many different parts of London... from its beautiful parks to well known and less well known buildings to hidden walkways and more, and we learn of its famous and infamous residents.
Travel to London is by coach. The day is usually unhurried and we take a coffee/comfort break on arrival. This is followed by a guided tour of the area we are visiting, either morning or afternoon or sometimes split before and after a lunch break, with the opportunity of going inside some buildings. There is frequently time for a little meandering of your own if you wish before joining the coach to return home around 4/4.30. You won’t be disappointed.
Places are allocated on a first come first serve basis with a waiting list being formed once the coach capacity is reached. Coach pick-up points are as for Outings.
