Wolverhampton

Local History

Our group meets on the second Monday of the month, 2pm to 4pm, at Springdale Methodist Church on Warstones Road. There is ample car parking by the church. The number 4 bus stops outside the church. There is a £2 charge to cover room hire, and tea/biscuits in the interval.

We consider and talk about people and places of local interest which we have agreed as including most of the West Midlands, sometimes with a Power point presentation from a member, or with a talk and pictures handed round. We also organise visits, usually in the summer. This year we will be visiting Chillington Hall, near Codsall.

If you have any queries, please ring me, Ann Eales, on 01902 563281. I am happy to assist.
