Next meeting 19th March - a walk on the Barnbarroch Estate near Whauphill.
Start: Sloehabbert Croft, Whauphill, DG8 9NR.
Distance: 3.5 miles.
Terrain: Village road, no pavement. Forest tracks. Some muddy areas near pond and lake.
Dogs Welcome (on lead whilst on roads or if livestock in fields).
Social: Suggest we take a break at the benches by the lake at Barnbarroch House. Please bring your own drinks (cake provided by walk leader).

See the Groups Bulletin for details.

The group has members of all abilities so most walks tend to be local walks around the Machars of between 1 and 2 hours long. We plan to have a small number of walks that could be a little longer and a short distance further. All are welcome, whether you want to join us regularly or just for a specific walk. Dogs are generally welcome as long as they are under control and others do not object.
