Walking
On the 1st Wednesday of the month the walks are 3-5 miles. On the 3rd Wednesday of the month the walks are between 6 - 8 miles.
The group use either cars or public transport to get to the beginning of the walk. Members meet at the Glebe Car Park, Whaggs Lane, Whickham at 09.30. New members are always welcome.
Suitable footwear and clothing are necessary.
