Scottish Country Dancing
The group will meet on 2nd and 4th Wednesday monthly at 2pm to 4pm at Frank Reynolds Centre, Dorchester Road.
If you feel you need to get fit and want something to cheer you over the coming winter months -
BUT you:-
1) Cannot or do not want to afford gym membership
2) Do not want to pound the streets in all weathers
3) Do not want to swim length after length in the swimming pool
Then why not join the new U3A Scottish Country Dancing Group? You will hear some wonderful music, meet some very friendly people, work together in a team and of course we all know that dancing (especially Scottish) is the best possible physical and mental workout that we can have.
You do not need any previous dancing experience, special clothes or a partner. Just some soft comfortable shoes and a willingness to have a go!
