A message from Caz, groups coordinator, following the easing of COVID restrictions May 2021

We are hoping to restart sometime in the autumn provide the progress continues in respect of COVID. No fixed dates are available.

Progressive Relaxation is a life skill. Learn technique to relax and deal with life's stressers and learn to chill out. Session will include discussion on stress and some quiet time to meditate and practice relaxation technique.
This group meets every 2 weeks on a Wednesday 3pm - 4pm at St Aldhelms Church Centre

Session facilitator is Andrea Edmonds
