Progressive relaxation (Life Skill)
NEW 6 WEEK COURSE RUNNING from 22nd March 2022
The next 6 week course will be run on the following dates
22nd March, 29th March, 5th April (short break) 3rd May, 10th May & 17th May
2pm for 1 hour at St Aldhelms Church Centre, Spa Road
There is a limit of 12 people (so first come first served)
Progressive Relaxation is a life skill. Learn techniques to relax and deal with life's stressers and learn to chill out. Session will include discussion on stress and some quiet time to meditate and practice relaxation technique.
This group meets on a Tuesday 2pm for 1 hour at St Aldhelms Church Centre. We run this group in 6 week blocks at varying time during the yar.
