Life Skill-Progressive relax
Progressive Relaxation is a life skill. Learn technique to relax and deal with life's stressers and learn to chill out. Session will include discussion on stress and some quiet time to meditate and practice relaxation technique.
This group meets every 2 weeks on a Wednesday 3pm - 4pm at St Aldhelms Church Centre
