Fitness Group - Move It or Lose It
Gentle exercise group that meets weekly on Fridays 2.45pm at St Aldhelms Church Hall
It consists of low impact exercises that can be either seated or standing. The aim is to help with Flexibility, aerobic capacity, balance and Strength (FABS). During the session you do the exercises to your own capability, so your can do them slowly and gently or you can really go for it and put loads of effort into the exercises. The instructor will explain how to do the exercises for the various levels. We aim to have fun but get those limbs moving and grooving!
