Fitness (MIOLI)

A MESSAGE FROM CAZ group leader following the easing of restriction May 2021

The Fitness group will re- start from Wednesday 9th June 2021 which is exciting, as it is so long since we were together. We will be following the very strict requirements of the hall as they a a covid secure place and pride themselves in providing a safe place for us! Numbers are restricted so BOOKING is essential. We will be watching the government's announcement as the weeks progress.

There is change as we meet on a Wednesday now instead of Fridays

Fitness Group - Move It or Lose It
Gentle exercise group that meet fortnightly on Wednesdays 1pm - 2pm at St Aldhelms Church Hall

It consists of low impact exercises that can be either seated or standing. The aim is to help with Flexibility, aerobic capacity, balance and Strength (FABS). During the session you do the exercises to your own capability, so your can do them slowly and gently or you can really go for it and put loads of effort into the exercises. The instructor will explain how to do the exercises for the various levels. We aim to have fun but get those limbs moving and grooving!
