Weymouth & Portland

Events

Weymouth & Portland U3A meet on the third Friday of each month at St Aldhelm's Church Centre, Spa Road, Weymouth DT3 5EW. There is no meeting in August and the December meeting is one week early (2nd Friday). £1 is collected to cover the venue hire, tea or coffee and biscuits, and a speaker. The doors open at 10am, coffee and tea is served until 10.20am. The meeting starts at 10.30am and finishes around noon.

Non-members are most welcome to attend one meeting to look at the interest groups available and decide whether the U3A appeals. However, to join any groups and to continue attending monthly meetings, you must be a U3A member.

We are a friendly group and new arrivals will be met at the door by one of our "Welcomers", who can answer any questions.

For more information about outings look on the Outings and Theatre page in the Group section.
