At the moment Catherine is offering classes via Zoom. Please click on the link at the bottom of the page if you are interested and someone will get back to you with details. The Monday sessions are full at present but there are plenty of spaces on the new Tuesday morning group.
MONDAY INDOOR 14.30 - 15.30 AND OUTDOOR 15.45 - 16.30 AT WITHNELL
We are now able to move back indoors with a maximum number of 8 to adhere to strict social distancing. There is also an outdoor group if preferred.
We have managed to arrange a Pilates Group which will run on a ‘pay as you go’ basis for £6 per session (provided we get sufficient interest to make this viable) This will be offered by Catherine who already runs a popular Pilates session for Sports Club members here at Withnell Fold
Everyone welcome – from beginners to those who have done Pilates before!

Catherine Mitchell: qualified as an Iyengar Yoga teacher in 2005 but gradually gravitated towards Pilates and trained in Modern Pilates in 2008. “This is a form of Pilates that is very safe and adaptable to suit the needs of people today”
