In October 2019 Bob Payne retired from the U3A Committee after serving for almost 10 years, 5 of these as Chairman. As an acknowledgement of his long service, Bob was presented with the award of the post of Honorary President by the current Chairperson, Irene McCrystal. Photo by Linda Gilbert.
