Our constitution allows for the standard list of officers plus committee members with an overall committee size of 12.
The committee and officers are re-elected every year at the Annual General Meeting held in June.
Following the June 2019 AGM the committee elected have yet to confirm all positions.
At the first committee meeting of the new committee the positions marked TBA will be allocated.

The committee meet on the 2nd Thursday morning every month except for August.
In addition to these committee positions there are three additional roles.
Tony Beale provides a web distribution service which is driven by notices from group leaders, members who have authorised the use of their email addresses receive bi-weekly notices of what is going on.
Carol Williams is our speaker finder.
Sue Bailey is responsible for the website and ensures currency of all information held therein.
Like all U3A's we are indebted to the people who willingly take on these administrative positions, without them this U3A could not function.
