Our constitution allows for the standard list of officers plus committee members with an overall committee size of 12.
The committee and officers are re-elected every year at the Annual General Meeting held in June.
Following the special 2020 AGM which was held purely with committee members due to the Covid pandemic.
The following positions are confirmed.
As a group we are eternally grateful for people taking on these roles and wish to thank anyone who has been on the committee.
Unfortunately our membership was not able to thank people due to the strange nature of the world, but we do record our thanks to Carol for her sterling secretaryship and Irene for her catering, without which we would be bereft.
When life returns to whatever, any vacant positions will be considered.

The committee meet on the 2nd Thursday morning every month except for August.
In addition to these committee positions there are three additional roles.

Sue Bailey is responsible for the website and ensures currency of all information held therein.
Like all U3A's we are indebted to the people who willingly take on these administrative positions, without them this U3A could not function.
