We are all aware of the importance of our immune system and what we can do help ourselves.
Keeping ourselves moving and getting out into the fresh air will help. This is not a time to become dormant even if that is what we feel is happening.
All our warming up and swing exercises are really good for moving our Qi, and you should remember that when we swing we should open the thumb out as this is really beneficial for our lungs, an area of concern with this virus.
