Wessington, Washington, Washington Village, Cestria and Houghton U3As
Wessington cooperates with four other local U3As to organise joint events and to allow members to join interest groups in one another's U3As. Links to these other club's web-sites are on the right hand side of this page.
We originally called ourselves a Network but because we operate without a Chair or Leader we now refer to ourselves as a Partnership.
Information about how we cooperate is in this document: protocol
SOME of the groups with open membership are shown below. However, this is not a complete list and might not be up to date (situations can change quickly). Contact the groups leaders through their own websites if you are interested.
Wessington members are invited to join Washington Village's Kurling Group (click the link to go directly to their page). The activity takes place at the Washington Leisure Centre every 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. Game duration is 1 hour commencing 10am. We ask that players arrive around 9:50pm to give time to book every one in and collect the fee of £3:00 per session
Paul Pearce - Group Leader Kurling/Washington Village Group Coordinator
