Some Groups are open to any/all Wessington members at any time. However, most groups require you to register as a Group Member before joining meetings. See individual Group pages for specific information.

We have an arrangement whereby Wessington Members can join the groups of some other U3As in our Network. See the Network page for more information.

Group Leaders/Coordinators and anyone arranging a meeting at North Biddick Social Club should complete a Booking Form, place it in an envelope addressed to "The Chairman of the Committee" and then hand it in over the bar at the club. Normally a fee will be payable to book the Concert Hall but the Lounge will be free unless exclusive access is required.

Membership of u3a includes Public & Products Liability Insurance and other insurances. Members hosting groups in their homes are covered by these insurances. More details are available on The Third Age Trust website.

Organised Trips
Organisers of trips/visits should consider if participants should submit a contact name(s) to be used in the case of emergency.
A digital copy of the Emergency Contact form is available, or a paper copy can be arranged if you prefer.
