Events and Speakers

I have taken the decision after discussing it with a few people to cancel this trip for this year.

The uncertainty of how things are progressing with the COVID 19 pandemic and the fact that a lot of our group have been in isolation as they fall into the high risk group, this seemed the best thing to do.

The Kynren website is still trying to sell tickets and they don’t refund. Social distancing within the arena would be difficult enough but will be impossible on a coach. I am aware also that the fact we were getting a coach was a big plus and encouraged people to sign up.

I have managed to get a credit note for the deposits with a 12 month lifespan. They don’t do refunds. It’s the best I could have wished for under the circumstances.

If or when we are able to get together then I can try to rebook this event. Anyone who is booked into this trip and no longer wishes to go then it’s up to you to sell your seat. Anyone else who isn’t signed up but now wishes to go next year will have to let me know when we decide a date for 2021.

I realize this is disappointing but it’s the best I could do, I hope that this is acceptable to everyone.
