IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL WENDOVER U3A MEMBERS

Our subscription fee is £15.00 for Full Members and £10.00 for Associate Members per year.
Full Members may attend any Group Meetings and the Main Meeting in the church. Unfortunately St Mary's Church has a limited capacity so Associate Members may only join the Groups until they can be offered Full Membership.
The Travel Team outings can be booked online by both Associate and Full Members from the booking date listed on the Travel Team page.
Subscriptions are due in October and must be paid by the November monthly meeting at the latest, to remain a member for the following year. There are two Membership Categories consisting of:
The simplest way to pay for Full Membership is by standing order on 1st October each year. This way the bank makes the payment automatically, members don’t have to remember. However, please return the Registration letter to the Treasurer. For details of how to set up a standing order please see the link on this page entitled Annual Subscription or contact the Treasurer.
Any member who fails to pay their subscription by the November monthly meeting will be deleted from our membership list. Then any vacant places will be offered to the names at the top of our waiting list.
Reminders regarding subscription dates are included in the September Newsletter as well as in the Speakers mini-programme. It is also printed on your membership card.
The Speakers mini-programmes are available from the back of the church at our monthly meetings.
Please also note, a reminder of your membership fee and the Registration Form (to update your contact details) are distributed in September. It is your responsibility to ensure you pay your subscription on time, if you wish to remain a member, and return the Registration Form.
