Banjo & Ukulele
The ukulele group meet every Thursday afternoon at 2:00pm in the Wem Youth Centre on Leek Street in Wem, which is next to the dry cleaners and opposite the main car park.
For those just new to the ukulele group who wish to have a few minutes to get to grips with a few basic chords, I am there at 1:30pm, thirty minutes before the main group gathers, to get those started.
Currently all but one bring their ukuleles and someone else brings their ukulele banjo to the group. Ukuleles and ukulele banjos can only improve the richness of what we hope to achieve sometime.
