Walking
On the first Friday of the month we have a Leader's walk, usually about 5 to 6 miles.
On the third Friday of the month we conquer a walk of typically around 4 to 5 miles, chosen and led by one of our members.
In both cases walks often culminate in an optional lunch at a well-chosen hostelry, usually very well-attended!
Information about a walk is sent by email to members of the Group just after the previous walk, hence giving about 12 days notice on all its details.
New members are always welcome. We endeavour to cater for a range of fitness levels.
Members can do either of the monthly walks and many do both.
