Reminiscing (using Zoom)

This Group has "Borrowed" the time slot when the Science Group normally would meet.
Science is not using Zoom for meetings at Wearside U3A at this moment.
This Group will either stop or move to a different time slot should the Science Group start meeting again.

The Idea for this Reminiscing Group came from suggestions or comments from John and Doreen.
Just a group heading to allow Wearside U3A members to talk about Reminiscences.

Simple aim to keep Wearside U3A members in touch with each other Via Zoom during these Covid-19 times
but having a little more structure than a Coffee Morning or a Cuppa Club.

Format is have someone to talk for between up to about 8 minutes and then have up to about 7 minutes for questions
but it wouldn't matter if the talk or questions were less than 15 minutes.

2 40 minute Zoom Meetings

Each 40 Minute Zoom Meeting :-

5 Minutes for people to arrive and greet each other or quick general chat
Speaker 1 - 15 minutes with roughly up to 8 minutes of their Reminiscence and then up to 7 minutes Q and A
Speaker 2 - 15 minutes with roughly up to 8 minutes of their Reminiscence and then up to 7 minutes Q and A
about 5 mins for general  chat etc until we are cut off.

We started with trying to get 3 speakers into a 40 minute meeting but there was a good number of questions
and some similar reminiscences were prompted and discussed so we have changed to 2 speakers per 40 minute Zoom.
