Weald

Canasta

We meet at Biddenden Village Hall, usually on the 2nd and 4th Mondays throughout the year, from 2 pm - 4 pm. (In the darkest winter months we meet from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm)

Canasta became a card craze in the 1950’s and is making a big comeback in Weald U3A! The game is most commonly played by 4 people but is equally enjoyable with 2, 3 or 6 players. It is easy to learn and great fun. Complete beginners or experienced players are very welcome in our friendly group.

If you would like to try a new group for the new year, do come along for a Canasta taster session.

If you would like further information, please contact the group leader by clicking on the Send a Messaage icon.

Weald U3A has members and interest groups in Tenterden and surrounding villages.
