Tring Reservoir walk - July

The walk in July started at The Grand Junction Arms, under heaver clouds and quite cool. The walk was mainly along the canal and Tring reservoirs. We saw some unusual wildfowl, Grebes and Cormorants. A barge was selling metal sculptures constructed on board. Many fishermen, with two enjoying the solitude in a boat. Most people took in the view from the hide, just greenery this time. A couple of barges passed and hailed us. Then back to the pub for some very nice food.
