Warwick District (WDu3a) Membership
As a member of WDu3a, not only can you join any of the groups and attend any of our events (subject to availability of places) but also your membership entitles you to:
- a bi-monthly copy of Info magazine detailing our activities
- copies of the quarterly national U3A magazine (Third Age Matters)
- attend events organised by the national U3A and access their resources
Members also have access to U3A National Resources

The forms below may be downloaded and completed on your computer in Chrome, Edge and other browsers, or Acrobat, then emailed to Ann Bailey as above, or printed off and posted. When you have completed the form, you will have to Save As with a different name - so please add your name to the file name. If you are editing the form on a Mac, you may only see the first character in a field until you move to the next field, but the data will be there! To save the file in Edge, hit Ctrl,S or right click and Save As.. with your name in the file name. Note that Acrobat will not tab to the No column for the GDPR questions - you'll have to use your mouse (or finger).
2023-24 Membership and Gift Aid forms
IF YOU ARE RENEWING YOUR MEMBERSHIP, YOU DO NOT NEED TO COMPLETE THE FORM; JUST PAY THE MEMBERSHIP FEE, FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS IN INFO AND ALSO ON THE MEMBERSHIP FORM.
If you need to change your details or preferences, you can specify them in an email to the membership secretary, or you can use the membership form if you prefer.
Our subscription year is from 1st Sept to 31st August in the following year. The cost of membership is £18 per member. Cheques should be made payable to “Warwick District U3A” or you can pay by bank transfer. More details are given on the application forms.
